Fiber - The more you know the more you’ll lose.

Many people underestimate the power of fiber in weight loss.  Why is fiber important in weight loss?  Fiber can reduce appetite, help control blood sugar, assist in fat digestion, and help cholesterol levels.  Fiber is great because it acts as basically the “scrubbing bubbles” for your body.  You can find fiber in supplements such as AdvoCare’s Fibo-Trim and Fiber Drink or in natural food such as grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beans.  Remember when buying grains buy whole grains and stay away from processed grains such as white rice and white bread.  Also remember that cooking vegetables can reduce their fiber levels so eat as much raw as you can. When starting a high fiber diet be careful as too much fiber can cause bloating and flatulence (stinky, stinky).  So slowly increase your fiber to see what your tolerance levels are.

Soda Vs. AdvoCare Spark

Consider this the next time you are reaching for your favorite Soda.  A 12 oz can of pop contains 150 or so calories.  1 serving of Spark (8oz prepare) is about 45 calories.  The soda has about 41 grams of carbs and the Spark has 11 grams.  Here is the game changer Spark has the vitamins you need in your life which will help you boost your metabolism. Soda does not which makes it 100% empty calories. Ok so you might say that diet soda is the way to go because it has zero everything.  Diet soda has so many other artificial sweeteners that your body does not know what to do with that it slows down your metabolism causing your body to burn less calories during the day.  So your diet soda is having the opposite effect to your body.  That is why you sometimes feel hungry after drinking a diet soda.  So instead of reaching for that soda reach for something that will give your body more than just empty calories.
